We are located off US-60 and US-71, just 2 blocks from Cottonwood Lake & Cottonwood Lake Park. Our location provides a large, countryside, open-air feeling near charming downtown Windom restaurants, groceries, dining & more. We accept Section 8. 

Variety of Room Types and Stay Types

We offer full 1 AND 2 bedroom units. All our rooms are fully equipped KITCHENS that include a full-size refrigerator, two-burner stove top, and dishwasher. We offer all our rooms for a short term or 12 month lease.

The main building is secured with locked entries and the apartments each have a washer & dryer in the apartment. One bedroom is $1,000/month. Two bedroom is $1,100/month. 

The outside buildings have parking directly outside each apartment and the apartments are all 2 bedrooms for $1,000/month.  

Short term leases and furnished apartments at an adjusted rate. 

$1,395/month, $825/bi-weekly plus tax, $415/week plus tax

Individual Garage Stalls and Storage Units

We have garages for rent as well as smaller storage units. Single stall garages are $75/month. 

Amenities On-Site For Your Use

Enjoy our coin operated laundry room and on-site US Postal mailboxes. We have a shaded patio for our tenants to grill, relax and enjoy with friends and family. Plus there's a large grassy area for pets to run. We are pet friendly with extra monthly pet fees.
